Designed by Timber Craft of Michigan, this Vashon Island custom home showcases the beauty and durability of timber frame construction. Located on a narrow site surrounded by critical areas, the project required careful planning, wetland mitigation, and site-sensitive construction practices.

McIntyre Construction successfully navigated these challenges while creating a warm, open living environment centered around exposed timber elements and natural materials. The finished home combines rustic character with modern functionality and thoughtful craftsmanship.
