DescriptionDesigned by renowned designer Roy McMakin, this custom home combines traditional farmhouse influences with contemporary architecture and sustainable design principles. The home's design emphasizes simplicity, natural light, and energy efficiency. Careful site placement maximizes winter sunlight while reducing heat gain during the summer months.
