DescriptionDesigned by Vashon Island architect Keith Putnam of Putnam Architects, Piner Point is a contemporary custom home that pairs minimalist design with complex architectural geometry. Built on a 140-foot radius, the home's curved form creates a distinctive appearance while maximizing views of Puget Sound. McIntyre Construction successfully executed the home's challenging layout, including custom structural elements, intricate finish work, and one-of-a-kind architectural details. The result is a custom home that feels both modern and connected to its natural surroundings.
