Description

This contemporary remodel was largely limited to the existing footprint due to the size of the lot and restrictions. Facing west to Puget Sound, the owners wanted to take advantage of the views as well as the passive solar heating. Large windows and doors create a natural flow from the inside living spaces to the outside deck.

The upper level provides living and dining room, kitchen and the master bedroom and bath. The daylight basement was remodeled to include a family room, two bedrooms, a new bath, and a laundry and mechanical room.
