DescriptionThis Vashon Island remodel breathed new life into a classic period home through a series of thoughtful updates designed to improve both functionality and appearance. The project focused on preserving the home's character while enhancing key interior and exterior spaces for modern living. McIntyre Construction reconfigured windows to improve natural light, renovated the bathrooms and guest house, and created a new flagstone patio and walkway to better connect the home to its outdoor surroundings. Interior and exterior improvements, including new paint, refinished floors, and updated decking, helped refresh the property while maintaining its timeless appeal.
