Description

This Vashon Island beach house remodel transformed an aging waterfront residence into a modern coastal home while preserving the character and charm of its unique location.

One of the project's biggest challenges was the limited waterfront access and the structural improvements required to bring the home up to current building standards. Through careful planning and construction management, McIntyre Construction successfully completed the foundation upgrades while modernizing the home's design and functionality.

The remodel focused on enhancing the connection to the surrounding landscape by adding additional windows and improving sightlines to the water. The result is a bright, comfortable home designed for year-round enjoyment of its waterfront setting.
